Features and applications
- Most economic solution for small stone sizes.
- Can be used with non load bearing walls such as solid block.
- Serves wide cavity range (20-200) mm Three dimensional flexibility of adjustment.
Description
- The system consists of two main parts, load bearing angle and restraint anchor.
- Load bearing angle is designed to take the vertical load (dead load) of the stone panel while the restraint anchor is supporting the horizontal loads (seismic, wind loads).
- Minimum of one load bearing angle for each stone panel (slab to slab) and minimum of two restraint anchor for each stone.
- Restraint anchor can support the stone from horizontal or vertical joints.
MATERIAL
- All system components are made out of AISI 304 stainless steel (A2) to resist atmospheric and provide a lifetime fixing solution for mechanical stone cladding.
- For highly corrosive environments, the system can be made out of AISI 316 stainless steel (A4).
